Job Description

Proactive nurture leads through the entire admissions funnel via personalized communication using phone, email, text, and CRM tools. Utilize each client's specific CRM (e.g., Meritto) to meticulously track all interactions, manage applicant data, and ensure accurate reporting. Conduct persuasive presentations and one-on-one meetings to articulate each client's unique value proposition to prospective students and families. Holistically review and evaluate application files for assigned clients, making admissions recommendations based on their specific criteria. Guide and counsel prospective students and their families through the entire enrollment process, from inquiry to enrollment commitment. Represent multiple client universities as their brand ambassador at high school visits, college fairs, and community events (virtual and in-person).
