- Guide potential learners in making the right career and course decisions. - Counsel the prospects and demonstrate how they can fuel their professional growth. - Manage the full sales cycle – from lead engagement to closure and post-sales relationship. - Meet and exceed weekly enrollment and revenue targets. - Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent learner experience. - 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech. - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of global markets and cultural nuances. - High-achieving sales professionals with a passion for customer success. - Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred).
