We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead city operations, vendor networks, and revenue
growth. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong chapter-based networks,
managing local teams, and driving business expansion in your assigned city.

� Key Responsibilities
 Onboard wedding vendors and build strong city networks
 Develop city chapters (President + Core Members)
 Hire, train, and manage local sales teams
 Organize monthly B2B networking events
 Conduct vendor meetings, presentations, and closures
 Drive lead generation and revenue through the platform
 Build strategic partnerships (venues, planners, brands)
 Achieve city-wise growth and revenue targets
�
� Requirements
 4–8 years of experience in sales / business development / team handling
 Strong leadership & team management skills
 Experience in wedding, event, or hospitality industry preferred
 Strong local city network
 Target-driven & entrepreneurial mindset
�
� Compensation
 Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month
 High Incentives + City-wise revenue share model
 Performance bonus
