Annual Salary (CTC): ₹2,16,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum
Reporting To: Sales Lead / Management-designated sales authority
Working Time: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Position Overview
The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for dealer development, field sales execution, market follow-up, and
strengthening FARMKING’s market presence in the assigned Rajasthan territory. The role requires regular field travel,
dealer coordination, market coverage, and disciplined sales follow-up.
Job Purpose
To support sales growth in the assigned Maharashtra territory by expanding the dealer network, generating inquiries,
supporting business conversion, and maintaining regular market presence and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand dealer network in the assigned Maharashtra territory
• Conduct regular field visits, market surveys, and dealer meetings
• Generate inquiries and support conversion into sales
• Promote FARMKING agricultural implements and tractor attachment products in the assigned market
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers
• Identify new market opportunities and business areas
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback
• Coordinate with the head office for order processing and dispatch follow-up
• Maintain territory visit records, dealer updates, and follow-up reports
Key Result Areas / Performance Indicators
• Strengthen and expand the dealer network in the assigned territory
• Generate market inquiries and support business conversion through regular follow-up
• Improve market coverage and sales growth in the assigned area
• Maintain strong dealer and customer relationships
• Provide timely market feedback and competitor updates
• Ensure proper follow-up, reporting, and territory coordination discipline
Job Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline preferred
• 1 to 5 years of relevant field sales experience
• Experience in agricultural implements, tractor attachments, farm equipment, or related machinery will be
preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain dealer and customer relationships
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Good follow-up discipline and coordination ability
• Basic knowledge of reporting and market update handling
• Willingness to travel regularly for territory sales work
Preferred Background
Candidates with field-sales experience in agricultural machinery, farm implements, tractor attachments, rural
distribution, dealer development, or related equipment sales environments will be preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
• Annual CTC: ₹2,16,000 – ₹4,20,000
• Incentives as per company terms
• Travel allowance and field expenses as per company policy
• PF / ESI and other benefits as applicable
