Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Telecaller Collection Executive to handle outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and recovery of overdue accounts. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and ensuring timely customer payments. Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments and remind them of their pending dues. Explain the details of outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment methods. Negotiate and convince customers for timely repayment as per company policies. Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and customer commitments. Escalate critical or non-responsive accounts to the concerned team for further action. Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI, and DRA guidelines while communicating with customers.
