The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, promoting our home tutor services, private tuition solutions, and software services, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to parents, students, and clients for home tuition services
* Handle inbound inquiries related to Guru Home Tutors, private tutors, and online tutoring
* Explain services like home tuition, personal tutors, and software solutions
* Generate leads and convert them into paid customers
* Follow up with interested clients for home tutor bookings
* Maintain call records and update CRM/software
* Coordinate with tutors and the internal team for smooth onboarding
Requirements
