Business Analyst – Freelancer & Upwork (Digital Marketing, Web Design &
Development)
We are a fast-growing digital agency specializing in Website Design & Development and Digital
Marketing across multiple niches. Our mission is to deliver impactful online solutions for
businesses worldwide while building long-term partnerships through quality and trust. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can handle
client requirements, documentation, and support business from Freelancer and Upwork platforms. Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Freelancer.com, Upwork, and other freelancing
portals. Create compelling and customized proposals to win new projects in Web Design, Web
Development, and Digital Marketing. Communicate effectively with international clients (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.). Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to project closure and handover to
the technical team. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for recurring business. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop project strategies and ensure
client satisfaction. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Track, analyze, and report proposal performance and conversion metrics. Gather, analyze, and understand client requirements in detail. Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional
Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS). Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation. Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure proper
implementation of requirements. Ensure all documentation is well-structured, accurate, and aligned with project goals. Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) on Freelancer, Upwork, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, WordPress, Web Design, and Web Development
services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality. Familiar with CRM tools, project tracking, and lead management.
