**Job Title:** Draftsman **Location:** Vijay path, Mansarovar, Jaipur **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM **Salary:** ?10,000 – ?18,000 (Based on Interview & Performance) **Experience:** Minimum 6 Months – 2 Years **Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Draftsman** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings, layouts, and 3D renderings for architectural and interior design projects. The role requires excellent technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with designers and site teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit/SketchUp. * Create layouts, plans, elevations, and sectional drawings as per project requirements. * Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy in all drawings. * Work with the design and execution team to interpret and implement project blueprints. * Assist in developing 3D renderings and presentation drawings for clients. * Use Dialux software for lighting design (if applicable). * Maintain and organize drawing files and project documentation. * Ensure compliance with building codes and standards. * Support project execution through drawing updates and revisions. **Required Skills & Software Knowledge:** * AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting) * Revit / SketchUp * Dialux (Lighting design software) * MS Office / Excel * Building Information Modeling (BIM) * Blueprint Reading & Interpretation * Site Measurement & Layout * 3D Rendering Tools * Knowledge of Building Codes & Standards **Candidate Profile:** * Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil / Interior Design or related field. * Strong visualization and detailing skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Good communication and teamwork abilities.
