Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and professional Collection Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records of collection efforts, and resolving payment discrepancies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be results-driven, and maintain a customer-friendly approach while ensuring timely collections. Contact customers via phone, email, or visits to follow up on outstanding invoices or due payments. Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions. Coordinate with the accounts team to reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. Negotiate payment plans or settlements in accordance with company guidelines. Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts to the Collection Manager or legal team. Monitor aging reports and follow up diligently on overdue accounts. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports. Maintain professionalism and customer service standards while dealing with clients.
