Job Description
We are hiring a motivated and target-driven *Field Sales Executive (Male)* for our *solar company*. The candidate will be responsible for promoting solar products, meeting clients, and driving sales in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit residential, commercial & industrial clients for solar solutions
* Generate leads and convert them into sales
* Explain solar products, benefits & cost savings to customers
* Conduct site visits and basic requirement understanding
* Coordinate with internal team for installation and closure
* Achieve monthly sales targets
* Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
Required Skills:
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Strong interest in sales & field work
* Basic knowledge of solar industry (preferred)
* Ability to work independently
Eligibility Criteria:
* Male candidate preferred
* Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales
* Must have own bike & valid driving license
* Local area knowledge preferred
