Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement. Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and training programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management review.
