Job Summary AFZ Institute is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The role involves recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and supporting a positive work culture within the institute. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening, interviews, onboarding) Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and exit processes Assist in payroll coordination and leave management Act as a point of contact between management and employees Support performance reviews and employee engagement activities Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures Handle basic grievance management and employee queries Eligibility & Qualifications Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Freshers can apply (experience is an added advantage) Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Good communication and interpersonal skills Skills Required Strong organizational and coordination skills Professional and ethical approach Ability to multitask and handle confidential information Team-oriented mindset
