Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and regularly update these throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow. • Obtain necessary permits and licenses, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and manage risk mitigation strategies. • Supervise construction activities, allocate tasks, and ensure quality standards are met on-site. • Monitor and control project costs, procure materials, and oversee resource management and contractor performance. • Maintain regular client communication, provide progress reports, and address issues or changes in project scope. • Review and approve invoices, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. • Conduct quality assurance, enforce safety standards, and verify compliance with design specifications and building codes.
