Role & Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day banking operations, including cash management, vault operations, clearing, and remittances.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure 100% adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and Central Bank guidelines to mitigate operational risks.
Team Management: Lead and mentor the operations team, conduct performance reviews, and ensure optimal staff productivity.
Customer Experience: Act as an escalation point for complex customer queries, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high service standards.
Audit & Control: Prepare for internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring all "Know Your Process" (KYP) protocols are met.
Qualification & Skills
Precision in handling financial data and spotting discrepancies.
Ability to motivate a team and manage conflicts effectively.
Skilled at evaluating complex processes and suggesting efficiency improvements.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and client interactio.
