Business Development Manager Experience: 1 to 3 years Location: Jaipur Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Job Brief: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is resilient, empathetic, and committed to driving company growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling E-commerce marketplace subscriptions such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, while developing and managing long-term client relationships. Responsibilities: Sell subscriptions for E-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). Identify, acquire, and manage new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones. Develop and implement long-term sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals. Generate and qualify sales leads via networking and online research. Maintain a strong and organized sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups. Build trust and rapport with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain an up-to-date sales funnel and client database. Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Actively gather client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to enhance service quality. Use MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the E-commerce domain. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve targets and work independently. Ability to analyze market trends and sales data effectively. Familiarity with online sales platforms and E-commerce operations is a plus. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
