*Job Description* : Sales Executive (Commercial Vehicles)
We are looking for a tenacious and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in Commercial Vehicles (CV). In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, connecting businesses—from independent contractors to large-scale logistics firms—with the transport solutions they need to keep the economy moving.
This isn’t just about selling a vehicle; it’s about selling a business tool. You will need to understand payloads, GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight), and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Lead Generation & Prospecting* : Identify potential B2B clients in sectors like logistics, construction, e-commerce, and FMCG through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
2. *Product Consultation* : Conduct deep-dive consultations to recommend the right vehicle (SCVs, LCVs, or HCVs) based on the client’s specific load requirements and terrain.
3. *Demonstrations & Trials* : Organize and lead vehicle demonstrations and "load trials" to prove performance and fuel efficiency under real-world conditions.
4. *TCO Analysis* : Prepare and present "Total Cost of Ownership" breakdowns, comparing fuel economy, maintenance costs, and resale value against competitors.
5. *Finance & Documentation* : Coordinate with banks and NBFCs to facilitate vehicle financing, insurance, and registration for the customer.
6. *Relationship Management* : Maintain post-sales contact to ensure service satisfaction and to secure future fleet expansion orders.
*Technical Requirements & Qualifications*
1. *Experience* : 2+ years in automotive sales (CV experience is highly preferred, but high-performing B2B sales backgrounds will be considered).
2. *Knowledge* : Familiarity with commercial vehicle terminology (e.g., Horsepower, Torque, Wheelbase, Axle configurations, and BS-VI/Euro 6 norms).
3. *Education* : High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a technical field.
4. *Driving License* : Must possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) or Commercial Driving License (or be willing to obtain one).
5. *Communication* : Ability to negotiate with both individual owner-operators and corporate procurement heads.
