Position Overview The Sales & Communication Team Lead will take charge of a performance-driven team of client communication executives. You will oversee daily operations, optimize team performance, and act as the bridge between ground execution and senior management strategy. This role requires hands-on leadership coaching team members, analyzing daily metrics, enforcing CRM discipline, and ensuring every lead is followed through with professionalism. Youll also be responsible for monitoring scripts, refining workflows, and reporting conversion patterns and feedback from the field.
