About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities ? Maintain daily accounting entries ? Handle accounts payable & receivable ? Prepare GST, TDS, PF & ESI working & filings ? Reconcile bank statements ? Manage invoices, billing, and receipts ? Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) ? Assist in monthly & annual closure ? Support internal & external audits ? Maintain vendor & client payment records ? Coordinate with internal departments Skills & Requirements ? Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance) ? Proficiency in Tally / ERP / Zoho Books / SAP ? Strong understanding of GST & TDS ? Good MS Excel knowledge (Vlookup, Pivot, etc.) ? Accuracy & attention to detail ? Strong analytical & organizational skills Preferred ? Experience with accounting software (Tally preferred) ? Experience in payroll processing ? Knowledge of Income Tax filings
