Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage login and disbursement processes across multiple banks.
2. Ensure proper coordination with banks for smooth and timely loan processing.
3. Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
4. Track team performance and provide regular feedback and training.
5. Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
7. Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis.
8. Handle escalations and resolve customer or process-related issues efficiently.
