Responsibilities: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment bookings. Conduct cold calls to potential customers and explain clinic services (Hair Transplant, Skin, and Cosmetic Treatments). Handle inbound calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and addressing queries. Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments. Maintain and update patient/customer databases, call logs, and inquiries in CRM/software. Follow up with leads from social media, online campaigns, and walk-in inquiries. Provide details regarding pricing, treatment options, and ongoing offers (without making medical commitments). Build trust and confidence with patients through polite, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication. Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery. Convert leads into appointments and contribute to achieving overall sales targets. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls confidently. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills. Target-oriented with a proactive and positive approach.
