Job Overview: We are looking for a smart and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, explain company services, and maintain good customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information. Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales or appointments. Maintain daily call records and update the CRM system. Build and maintain customer relationships with a professional approach. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the team leader. Requirements: Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Prior telecalling or customer support experience will be an advantage.
