We are looking for a motivated and confident *Female Telecalling Executive* to join our growing team in the solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, interacting with clients, and supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
* Handle inbound inquiries related to solar products/services
* Explain product details and benefits to clients clearly
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
* Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales
* Maintain daily call records and update CRM/data sheets
* Coordinate with the sales team for closures
Required Skills:
* Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills
* Basic knowledge of telecalling/tele-sales
* Ability to handle clients professionally
* Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Preferred Candidate:
* Female candidate with at least 2 year of experience in telecalling/tele-sales
* Experience in solar industry or similar sales domain is a plus
* Immediate joiners preferred
