Job Role: Telecaller
Job Overview:
Telecaller ka main role potential customers aur merchants se call ke through connect karna hai, unhe UsetoPay ke products aur services ke baare me batana aur business generate karna.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Daily basis par new aur existing leads ko call karna
Merchants ko UsetoPay services (AEPS, BBPS, Money Transfer, etc.) ke baare me explain karna
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Interested customers ko identify karna
Leads ko convert karke active merchant banana
Follow-up Management:
Interested leads par regular follow-up karna
Pending cases ko close karna
Customer Relationship Management:
Customers ke saath achha relationship maintain karna
Unki queries aur issues ko politely handle karna
Data Maintenance:
Call records, lead status aur daily report maintain karna
CRM ya Excel me proper data update karna
Sales Target Achievement:
Monthly / weekly targets achieve karna
Team ke saath coordination me kaam karna
Product Knowledge:
UsetoPay ke sabhi services aur offers ki proper knowledge rakhna
Customers ko accurate information dena
Compliance & Professionalism:
Company policies follow karna
Professional communication maintain karna
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude & target-oriented mindset
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Telecalling / Sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
