Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Experience: 06 Months to 5+ Years
Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹24,000 per month (Based on experience and skill)
Annual Salary (CTC): ₹1,44,000 – ₹2,88,000 per annum
Reporting To: Fabrication In-charge / Production Head / Management-designated authority
Working Time: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Overtime: Additional, as per company rules and applicable law
Benefits: PF / ESI and other statutory benefits as applicable

Position Overview
The Welder is responsible for welding and fabrication support work related to agricultural machinery and tractor attachment manufacturing. The role requires practical welding ability, basic fabrication understanding, and disciplined execution under factory conditions.

Job Purpose
To support fabrication and production work through welding execution, joint preparation, and maintaining consistent work quality and safety in a shop-floor environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform welding work as per production requirement and supervisor instructions
• Support fabrication and assembly-related work on machine parts, frames, and structures
• Prepare, align, tack, and join components as required
• Handle raw material, welded components, and machine parts properly
• Support cutting, grinding, finishing, and fabrication-related activities where needed
• Maintain basic weld quality, joint strength, and work accuracy
• Follow safety requirements during fabrication and welding work
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and proper tool handling on the shop floor

• Completion of assigned welding work within required timelines
• Consistency in weld quality and joint strength
• Reduction in rework due to welding errors
• Proper handling of tools, materials, and equipment
• Adherence to safety practices and shop-floor discipline

Job Requirements
• 10th / 12th / ITI preferred
• Practical welding knowledge (Arc/MIG preferred)
• Basic fabrication and workshop understanding
• Ability to work in factory / shop-floor conditions
• Safe tool and equipment handling
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in fabrication workshops, agricultural equipment, machine manufacturing, tractor attachments, or similar industrial environments will be preferred.

Working Conditions
This is a physical, shop-floor role involving welding, fabrication support, and continuous standing work in a factory environment.
