• Skill Profiling & Job Matching:* Create rich profiles detailing educational background, skill sets, languages known, preferences, and job history. Our system uses this information to recommend better job matches.

We are constantly improving and expanding our services. Jobipo reserves the right to introduce, modify, or remove any features or services without prior notice.

3. User Account Responsibilities

Users must ensure their accounts are secure. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Regularly update your profile details.
• Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Jobipo shall not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.

4. Use of Platform

The Jobipo Platform is intended for lawful use only. Prohibited actions include:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
• Uploading offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• Using bots, crawlers, or malicious scripts to interfere with the platform.
• Engaging in scams, impersonation, or fraudulent acts.

Jobipo may suspend or terminate any account involved in such violations without prior notice and may initiate legal proceedings if required.

5. Job Listings and Applications

Jobipo provides access to a variety of job listings. However:

• We do not guarantee the authenticity or outcome of any job posted.
• We do not interfere in hiring decisions, salary discussions, or company policies.
• We do not guarantee interview calls or job offers to users.

Users are advised to conduct independent verification and proceed with caution before committing to job offers or sharing personal documents.

6. Employer and Recruiter Responsibilities

Employers and recruiters using Jobipo must:

1. Provide detailed and truthful job postings.
2. Not charge any amount to job seekers for job applications or interviews.
3. Respond respectfully and ethically to job applications.
4. Follow all labor and employment laws applicable to their region.

Failure to comply may result in listing removal and permanent suspension of access to the platform.

7. Affiliate Program

Jobipo runs a transparent affiliate system to allow users to earn through referrals in multiple sectors including:

• Finance
• Education
• E-commerce
• Automobile
• Others

To participate:

• You must complete KYC with valid PAN and bank account details.
• You must agree to campaign-specific terms, including payout structure, timelines, and documentation.
• You must not engage in fake registrations, impersonation, or misleading promotions.

We reserve the right to perform audits and deny payments if any policy breach or fraudulent activity is discovered.

8. Payments, Bank & Tax Information

To ensure transparency and compliance:

• All earnings are paid directly to the registered user’s verified bank account.
• PAN card submission is mandatory for TDS deduction and legal compliance.
• Payouts are processed post-verification and upon campaign completion.

Jobipo will not be responsible for delays due to incorrect banking details, documentation issues, or failed KYC.

9. Profile Information and Data Usage

Users provide various details to enhance platform experience:

• Personal details (name, contact info, gender)
• Job preferences, skills, qualifications, and work history
• PAN card and banking details for affiliates

All data is stored securely and processed as per our Privacy Policy. Jobipo uses this data solely for matching users to opportunities, enhancing services, and ensuring smooth financial transactions.

10. Trust and Safety

Jobipo aims to build a trustworthy ecosystem. However, we cannot guarantee the actions of third parties. Users are encouraged to:

• Always verify the identity of employers or agents before attending interviews.
• Refrain from making any payments or sharing sensitive information like OTPs or passwords.
• Report fraud, misconduct, or suspicious activity immediately via support@jobipo.com.

We take user reports seriously and will take appropriate action, including suspension and legal escalation if necessary.

11. Cookies and Tracking

We utilize cookies and other tracking technologies to improve your experience, analyze performance, and remember preferences. By using Jobipo, you consent to our use of these tools as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content including brand assets, text, images, software, and designs on the Jobipo Platform is the sole property of Adshrtech Media Private Limited or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may invite legal consequences.

13. Termination of Service

Jobipo reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access with or without notice under circumstances such as:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or harmful activity
• Failure to adhere to campaign or affiliate guidelines

Any balance or pending payout post-termination shall be reviewed for compliance before release.

14. Limitation of Liability

Jobipo shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Job loss, missed opportunities, or lost income
• User negligence, scams, or third-party interactions

All users access and use the platform at their own risk.

15. Disclaimer

Jobipo is not responsible for any loss, fraud, scam, or unlawful activity that occurs between users.** All users are urged to exercise due diligence, verify information independently, and report any abuse promptly.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Continued usage of Jobipo after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
