Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our study abroad admission services, handling telemarketing activities, following up on social media leads, and converting these leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct telemarketing calls to potential clients to promote study abroad admission services.
• Follow up on leads generated through social media platforms.
• Provide detailed information about our services, admission processes, and university options.
• Address queries and concerns of potential clients effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion and client engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the education sector and study abroad programs.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary Certificate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of study abroad admission processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
