We are looking for dynamic, result oriented leaders from the Rajput community who can drive regional expansion, build strong networks, and lead the mission in their respective areas.
👨💼 Position Types
1️⃣ Area Manager (City Level)
• Develop and manage chapters at city level
• Connect with local Rajput business owners and professionals
• Organize monthly networking events and business meets
• Drive membership growth and onboarding
• Coordinate with Chapter Heads and community members
2️⃣ Regional Manager (State Level)
• Execute expansion strategy across multiple cities
• Manage Area Managers and Chapter Heads
• Plan and lead large scale networking events and summits
• Build business collaborations and partnerships
• Achieve regional growth and membership targets
🚀 Core Responsibilities
• Expand the network within the Rajput community
• Onboard business owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs
• Organize networking events and community meets
• Generate referrals and business opportunities
• Strengthen brand presence in the region
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
• Candidate must belong to the Rajput community (Mandatory)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Interest in networking, business development, and community building
• Prior experience in sales, event management, or leadership roles (preferred)
• Self driven and target oriented mindset
