This role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our retail presence, ensuring seamless customer experience, and building long-term partnerships in the automobile industry. Key Responsibilities: • Strategize and execute business development plans to expand the retail network, including exclusive stores, franchise outlets, and experience centers. • Identify high-potential locations for retail expansion and establish partnerships with landlords, mall operators, and other stakeholders. • Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives. • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize retail strategies and enhance customer engagement. • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement in-store promotions and campaigns. • Monitor the performance of retail outlets and ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, revenue growth, and market insights to senior management. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, marketing, and product) to ensure a consistent and premium customer experience. Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in retail business development, preferably in the D2C, automobile, or FMCG industries. • Strong understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the automobile sector. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
