Job Description
Conduct village surveys to identify business opportunities.
Engage with village residents to promote financial literacy and identify prospective customers.
Form and maintain relationships with Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).
Screen loan applications and evaluate customer credibility as per company policies.
Provide clear orientation on loan terms, interest rates, and repayment processes.
Plan and schedule weekly loan disbursements.
Ensure timely EMI collections and follow recovery protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation and registers at the branch.
