Job Description
A Back Office Executive supports the organization’s daily operations by handling administrative and clerical tasks. This role focuses on documentation, data management, and coordination with internal teams, with minimal direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases
Prepare and manage reports, documents, and files
Handle emails and internal communications
Provide back-end support to sales, accounts, and HR teams
Prepare invoices, quotations, bills, and MIS reports
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Skills Required:
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic communication skills in English (and Hindi preferred)
Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
Qualifications:
12th pass or Graduate (as per company requirements)
Freshers or experienced candidates may apply
Work Environment:
Office-based role
Fixed working hours
Primarily desk work with minimal field activities
