Job Summary
AFZ Institute is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle administrative and operational support work. The role involves data management, documentation, coordination, and assisting day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth functioning of the institute.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases
Handle data entry, reports, and documentation accurately
Coordinate with front office, HR, and academic teams
Assist in student records, admissions data, and fee-related documentation
Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communication
Support management with administrative tasks
Ensure confidentiality of office and student information
Eligibility & Qualifications
Female candidates only
Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred)
Freshers can apply (experience is an advantage)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
