Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality beverages and provide excellent customer service. The Barista will be responsible for taking orders, preparing drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items as per company standards ☕

Take customer orders and handle billing if required

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area

Ensure proper use and maintenance of coffee machines and equipment

Follow food safety and quality standards

Maintain stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients

Provide friendly and efficient customer service 😊

Assist team members during rush hours

Follow company SOPs and store policies

Requirements

Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage recipes

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Team player with a positive attitude

Qualification

Minimum 10th / 12th pass
