Job Summary:
The Barista Executive is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food items to customers while ensuring excellent customer service, hygiene standards, and compliance with company SOPs. The role requires maintaining quality, speed of service, and a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and store area.
Follow company SOPs, food safety standards, and quality guidelines at all times.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.
Ensure accurate billing and cash handling (if assigned).
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform the Store Manager for replenishment.
Support team members during rush hours to maintain smooth operations.
Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards as per company policy.
Assist in opening and closing duties of the store.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Teamwork and coordination skills
Basic mathematical skills for billing and cash handling
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
0–2 years of experience in café, QSR, or hospitality industry (Freshers can apply)
Prior experience as a barista is an added advantage
