We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Pitch products/services to clients and conduct presentations.
Understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate information.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets (if required).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Prior experience in sales or business development will be an advantage.
