Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and onboard potential retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
Develop long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure loyalty and retention.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly targets for partner acquisition and service transactions.
Promote Fanpay Digital’s services to drive revenue growth.
Market Research & Expansion
Research competitor activities and market trends.
Explore new regions and opportunities for Fanpay’s expansion.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications in CRM/logs.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports to management.
Training & Support
Provide product training to newly onboarded partners.
Assist in resolving pre-sales and post-sales issues effectively.
Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales (Fintech or BFSI sector preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Familiarity with fintech services like AEPS, UPI, DMT, BBPS, PAN, etc. is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
