🔹 Position 1: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
✔️ Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to craft winning proposals
✔️ Achieve revenue targets and contribute to company growth plans

Requirements:
👉 Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
👉 Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, or digital products
👉 Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
👉 Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities

🔹 Position 2: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound channels
✔️Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with potential clients
✔️Assist in proposal creation, presentations, and follow-ups
✔️Maintain CRM data and support the sales pipeline
✔️Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
👉Experience in business development, sales, or IT services
👉Strong verbal and written communication skills
👉High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn
👉Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools is a plus
