We are looking for a strong and result-driven Business Development Manager with extensive experience in IT sales and startup environments. The ideal candidate should have excellent lead generation, client conversion, and communication skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth independently.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for IT services (Web, Mobile, Cloud, Digital, etc.)
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Work with startup clients and fast-paced business environments
Build and manage international & domestic client relationships
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with technical teams for solution alignment
Maintain CRM and sales reports
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in IT services sales
Proven expertise in lead generation and conversion
Strong exposure to startup ecosystem
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with international and domestic clients
