**Job Summary:**

We are hiring a **dynamic and confident female Business Development Manager** for field operations. The candidate should be capable of handling client meetings, generating new business, and representing the company professionally in the market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify potential clients and generate new leads.
* Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Prepare business proposals and follow up on inquiries.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
