Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Collection Executives to join our team. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The role involves contacting customers for payment follow-ups and maintaining proper records.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and collections.

Maintain data of daily calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Resolve customer queries related to billing or payments.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets assigned.

Update the system with accurate information after every call.

Escalate complex cases to the senior team when required.

Maintain professionalism and adhere to company guidelines during customer interactions.

Requirements:

Freshers can apply.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
