We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to promote and sell banking and finaWriting ncial products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining financial products, and converting leads into customers. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote banking and financial products Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally Explain products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, savings accounts, and investment plans Generate leads and follow up to close sales targets Maintain accurate customer records and call logs Build and maintain strong customer relationships Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Follow company policies and compliance guidelines Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication skills in [local language + English/Hindi] Basic knowledge of banking and financial services Strong convincing and negotiation skills Ability to work with targets and deadlines Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems preferred) Positive attitude and customer-focused approach Preferred Skills Prior experience in banking, finance, or telecalling Experience in selling financial products Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively Salary & Benefits Fixed salary + attractive incentives Performance-based bonuses Training and growth opportunities Friendly and professional work environment
