Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Service Executive with at least 6 months of experience in an International BPO. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer queries, providing excellent support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international calls.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Meet quality standards and performance targets.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO (Voice Process).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts / night shifts.
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Preferred)
