Customer Service (Technical & Non-Technical) – International Process

Salary
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 CTC per month (Including PLI)
Compensation depends on interview performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain strong and positive customer relationships
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
Adhere to quality standards and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Any Graduate
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-centric mindset
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply

Travel assistance:
Bus or train ticket arrangement by the company
Reimbursement up to 3-tier train fare or original ticket cost if booked by the candidate
Flight tickets are not eligible for reimbursement
Reimbursement timeline: Within 90 days
Relocation Bonus: ₹7,500 – ₹10,000 (after 90 days of service)
Applicable for non-Jaipur candidates only
Travel tickets must be booked by the company or the candidate
