Key Responsibilities 1.Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat 2.Assist with loan application, disbursal, repayment, and closure 3.Explain loan terms, interest, fees, and repayment schedules 4.Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required and achieve monthly targets 5.Update customer interactions in CRM systems 6.Follow RBI/NBFC compliance and service quality standards 7.Basic understanding of loans and KYC processes 8.1+ years’ experience in customer support (lending/fintech preferred) 9.Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English)
