We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals for our International Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls from international customers, resolving queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
๐น Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers
Provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
Update customer information in the system accurately
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
๐น Requirements
Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company requirement)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening)
Comfortable with night shifts (US/UK/AUS process)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
