Achieve daily/weekly call targets and sales goals.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the database using CRM software.
Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitor activities.
