Key Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver parcels to customers as per assigned routes

Ensure safe handling of packages during transit

Collect delivery confirmations (OTP, signature, app update)

Maintain delivery timelines and daily targets

Coordinate with the hub/operations team for daily assignments

Handle COD collections (if applicable) and submit accurately

Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns immediately

Maintain basic delivery records and mobile app updates

Mandatory Requirements

Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) in good condition

Valid Driving License (2-wheeler)

Smartphone with internet (Android preferred)

Basic knowledge of city routes and navigation (Google Maps)

Willingness to travel across assigned delivery zones
