We are looking for a results-focused Digital Marketing professional with hands-on experience in real estate lead generation. The role demands strong execution across paid ads, social media, and property portals with a clear goal: quality leads and site visit conversions.
If you’ve only boosted posts and never tracked CPL or ROI, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads campaigns
Generate high-quality buyer and investor leads for residential/commercial projects
Track CPL, CPA, CTR, conversions, and ROI
Manage landing pages, lead forms, and CRM integrations
Social Media & Content
Handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Plan content around projects, amenities, location advantages, offers, walkthroughs
Coordinate with designers/video editors for creatives & reels
Run retargeting campaigns for warm audiences
Portals & Listings
Manage property listings on 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com, etc.
Optimize project descriptions, images, and lead responses
Track portal performance and lead quality
Analytics & Reporting
Daily and weekly performance reports
Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements
Monitor competitors’ digital strategies
