We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow Burger Farmβs online presence. The candidate will be responsible for handling social media platforms, running digital campaigns, and increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
1οΈβ£ Social Media Management
Manage and update social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Create engaging posts, reels, and promotional content.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer reviews.
2οΈβ£ Digital Campaigns
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for promotions and offers.
Run paid advertisements on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
3οΈβ£ Content Creation
Coordinate with the design team for posters, reels, and promotional creatives.
Plan content calendar for social media platforms.
Write engaging captions and promotional text.
4οΈβ£ Online Reputation Management
Monitor online reviews on Google and other platforms.
Respond to customer feedback professionally.
Maintain positive brand image online.
5οΈβ£ Performance Tracking
Track digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Suggest strategies to improve engagement and reach.
πΉ Required Skills
Knowledge of social media marketing
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
Content writing and creativity
Understanding of digital marketing trends
Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools (preferred)
πΉ Eligibility
Graduate in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business or related field.
1β3 years of experience in digital marketing (QSR/Food industry preferred).
Freshers with digital marketing certification can also apply.
