Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels and enhance our digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, and others)
- Upload and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock updates
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze trends to improve sales
- Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback in a timely manner
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for promotions and campaigns
- Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and competitor activity
- Expertise in managing Flipkart operations is highly preferred
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, especially Amazon and Flipkart
- Good analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights from data
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
