The Executive Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and coordination support to ensure the Director’s office operates efficiently and effectively. The role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and official communications
Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documents
Coordination & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and track deadlines
Liaise with senior management, departments, clients, and partners on behalf of the Director
Operational & Strategic Support
Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing key initiatives and projects
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries for decision-making
Support budgeting, expense tracking, and approval processes as required
Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Represent the Director’s office professionally at all times
